2nd bass

for about $800 american you can get a real MIA Fender... but you should get whatever is the best feeling bass to you. This is one of those "What bass should I buy?" threads, so thats all I am at liberty to tell you.

 

how long have u had the bass? i got the same bass too,i dont think the j pickup makes much of a difference.well,just go to all the music stores near you,and try alot of basses,thats the only way youre gonna find one you like.and if the only way u can get a bass is off the internet then i'd say to get a deluxe fender p-bass,or j-bass.the p-bass one is $740,and i dont know about the jazz bass,but probably around the same price.GOOD LUCK!

 

Irish£700 will get you £550 English. That's an Ibanez BTB, EDA, EDB, EDC or ATK, and ESP B/F 205, mexi Fender(with spare change), used MIA Fender, Deans, Yamahas. But play them all and get the one you like the bestest.

 

$800? Peavey Cirrus 4, if u could find one... Used Peavey Cirrus, Used Musicman 4 or 5, Peavey G Bass, etc.. etc..

 

I don't think you'd get new MIA Fender in UK for 800 bucks, with all those high taxes and import costs.

MTD Kingston could be nice for you, it's around 1000 Euros in Finland so it should be in your range too. Plus, they are killer basses!

(I can't play my Kingsy for three weeks because of the army.. Going to artillery firing camp which is held at Lapland near the arctic circle from 14th to 30th of November, sniff )
