    Ok, here we go.

Wish this wasn't necessary, but it is. Such is life.

Fender 2004 Am. st P, black-
    Rosewood, (nice, dark), fingerboard-
Neck feels just like a modern Fender P-
    Stealth A-string retainer installed-
    Dimarzio "Model P's" installed-
    Badass III bridge installed-
    Straplocks installed-
Set-up, (DR Pure Blues), year ago-
(all work done by a professional)
    9.6 lbs. bathroom scale
    Has S-1 switch-

Have multiple pickguards you may choose from if the current one is not to your liking-
I may just have a nice strap to, "sweeten the right deal", as well-
I purchased this bass used. It has been played. It has fretware. It has plenty of "nicks and dings".
To my way of thinking, these are "character marks", as they do not affect playability.

    This bass kills.

I firmly believe if you plugged this into an old Ampeg, you could demolish buildings.

Brand new Gator hard shell case included.

    $900 shipped

    This one hurts.

    Fender CIJ "Sting" bass-
(you can look up the specs)
Neck feels slightly more, "robust", than a modern, standard Fender P-
Lindy Fralin Split '51 P, 5% overwrap installed-
    Badass III bridge installed-
Back of neck, "relieved of it's coating"-
    Straplocks installed-
Set-up, (DR Pure Blues), month ago-
(all work done by a professional)
    9.5 lbs. bathroom scale
I may have the right strap to, "sweeten the deal", as well-
I purchased this bass used. It has surprisingly few "nicks and dings".
As a matter of fact, I just gave it another good "once over", and I don't see any. Not even buckle rash.
    No visible fretware!
    Original pickup and bridge included-
Weird, (albeit highly capable of performing it's function), "Hiscox" Liteflight hard shell case included-

If you are looking for the, "Best of both worlds", as it were, (and I was, lol), here it is.
Already all put together for you-

    $850 shipped

This one is an "as is" situation.

Aria ProII Primary Bass (78). (Lawsuit edition) lol
From the much lauded, somehow mystically impressive Matsumoku plant-
Has been "gone over", (by a pro), had a basic set up. Mostly just to see if everything that was supposed to turn, make noise or hold tension and tuning, did.
Has visible fretware. Quite a few "nicks and dings", and one decent one right off the 12th fret, E side, along the edge of the fretboard. Maybe 1/4 in. long by the thickness of a dime.
    9.2 lbs. bathroom scale
Pickup sounds surprisingly good for what it is. I don't know what that means, but it's got thump to it, with a little "punch".
    Semi- "rough" tweed case included-

    $325 shipped

    This one makes me sad.

Fender (not sure of year) MIM "Black Label" P (Squier series)
Rosewood fingerboard. Neck feels like a modern P-
    Nordstrand NP4 pickup installed-
    BadassII bridge installed-
    Schaller, "large back" tuners installed-
    Straplocks installed.
Visible fretware. Does not affect playability.

This one's been played. Many times by me. I love this bass.
This bass was taken to many, "questionable atmosphere" gigs.
It doesn't look like something anyone would want to steal, but it's a monster!
It plays like an Am. St., (in my opinion), stays in tune, and because of the NP4's ability to produce,"pure tone", can be made to sound the way you want it, through any amp or system-
    Pickguard can be changed.
    9 lbs. bathroom scale
May have a nice strap, to "sweeten" the right deal-

    Excellent starter bass!!!

New Gator hard shell case included-

    $475 shipped

These are what I believe to be fair prices. Based on an average of similar items currently available.
Then I factored in "additions, cases and shipping.
    Reasonable offers will be considered-
I apologize for the low quality of the pics. If you want to see more, or possibly clearer pics, let me know, I'll send them to your cell, etc.

I'm a "neck guy", as it were. If you also share this affliction, you will understand when I say the 3 Fenders, when initially played, provoked an "Oh Yeah" reaction from me.

I'm in central Jersey. Local sales will AT LEAST save shipping costs.
I wish I could, but NO trades. Sorry-
I don't trust my bathroom scale. I could be mistaken, but I'd add a half lb to the above weights.

Let me reiterate. Reasonable offers WILL BE considered-

    Tim 1. 2. 3. 4. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 18. 19. 20. 21. 23. 24. 25. 26. 27. 28.

Could you send some recordings? I'm interested. I would be able to purchase by the end of March, if all works out.
