    THERE. Happy? My crappy Ibeenhad...

  6. Wow, you are tuning a 4-string soundgear to BEAD? Even with 130-110-85-65s that is still probably floppy. Maybe not. I play a Kramer Striker 4-string, in metallic red: (i have no money)

Not Floppy at all. In fact, much to my surprise, the B is fairly tight, even Detuned to C (It's BEAD, down to CGCF). It was out of nessicity that I modded it, and I was pleased that it turned out well. It beats out a few of mid range (3-500) 5ers I've played. Not all, but enough. So, I dunno, does the B bring it over to "extended range"?

Shoot, I gotta get a pic of my EB-MM Sabre. That's the coolest 4-string I've ever owned.

I don't have any pictures of my SR800LE, or my Hodad. Oh well, I only really play the Sterling. :)

maybe i'll try to photoshop my sterling, seeing as how i don't have a pic of it yet...

imagine a red trans sterling, no pickguard, and a black graphite neck w/a fender style headstock and the words "no. 6" on the headstock.
