Ok. I'm on a bit of a budget and really need a new 4x10. I have it down to three choices. Trying to decide between a used SWR Goliath II, a Avatar B410 Delta. I'm leaning towards the SWR being that I can pick it up for about $300. Which would you reccommend? I play mostly Indy Rock w/ a Ashdown ABM 300 head and my main bass is a Warwick Corvette. Thanks.

I'm a big fan of Avatar cabs, but that being said, get the SWR for $300 if it's in good shape.

Many people say that the Goliath II actually sounds better than the Goliath III, though it isn't quite as loud.

If the SWR is trashed, get the Avatar and you'll be happy.

Goliath II is one of the best sounding cabs I've ever heard, and I've played lots of 'em. I don't think there is any way an avatar could sound better.
