5 string basses

    Can anyone recomend a good 5 string bass for around $500.
    Ive been looking at the Vintage V950 (yes i know) but they look really nice and seem well built. Can anyone recomend one?

    This Peavey right here is a pretty good bass for that price, and as a bonus, it's under $200 new on clearance! :hyper:

    Any Yamaha BB 5 string used.
    (Bass Palace and Bass NW have one.)

    Lakland 5502 used

    MTD Kingston new (bass central)

    Carvin LB75 won "the best 5string under a grand" and I can attest to that. (used one at bass palace for $500)

    Around this time of year you can talk just about every dealer down on listed prices.
