Somebody please spare my tired hands (and slow dial-up connection) from scrolling through a bunch of pickup sites... who makes precision style bass pickups for 5 stringed basses??

    TIA!

I believe EMG and Bartolini do; probably most folks.

Mr G! :) Bart still lists a P "shaped" pup for 5'rs in their
2001 catalog. Each element has a single "blade". One
covers B-E-A, the other D + G. Their price list shows
four versions: 58S (deep), 58ST (brighter), 58SU (brightest),
58TC (active), plus a mid-boost kit for the 58TC. All but
    the 58TC ($146) list for $130.

There are several 5'r Bart soapbars that offer a P-type
configuration of their single blade elements: BC, BD, M4, M5,
P2, and P4. The difference being their outer dimensions.

EMG has the "P5". Here's the info on them...
Like Bart, EMG offers some soapbars with a P type coil
    configuration (EMG-35P and EMG-40P) -- click here.

Thanks, notduane - Bart is a good choice, too.
