5 stringers, show em!

  1. how was that because i was thinking about buying one of those. how are the electronics? i might get it but my top choices for my next bass are a real ray 5 or a Lakland Skyline 55-01

    The electronics are fine; you can dial in quite a variety of tones. The Ibanez pickups, though not Bartolinis, are full range and sound good. Of the basses you're looking into, it's the least expensive, a new Stingray 5 is about $750 more; the Lakland is around $700.
