5 strings

    i am looking for a new 5 string. i dont own one yet, and i was wondering if anyone knew of any affordable(up to 350$ preferably), and good quality 5 string basses. it doesnt have to be top of the line because i plan on buying a better one once i get more comfortable and better at playing a five.

    I have found Fernandes guitars to be fairly nice for the money. You could also possible score a used MIM Fender for that. Yamaha will also be available in that price point. You should get good enough performance out of any of those to see whether or not you dig five string.

    well.. if its beaten up... neck ripped. pick up ripped... neck cracked etc.. then i think it would hit maybe $350.01 :D

    ANYWAYS.. yeah check up on the Fender MIM 5s.. or even the Squier 5's... or maybe if you get lucky.. a used Ibanez BTB 5 :D but your best bet would be a Fender MIM5
