I've come to love the "feel" of my Ibanez SR496 (now replaced by SR506) 6-string, but the tone - would require replacing the pickups and electronics to salvage (and ideally the bridge as well).

...anyway, can anyone comment on the Carvin LB-76 6-string:
    a) String-spacing compared with Ibanez?
    b) Neck-thickness compared with Ibanez?

I love the Ibanez "flat plank" style neck (as opposed to "log"), but realize it is somewhat unique to Ibanez. I looked at the specs on both the Ibanez & Carvin web-site, but they don't give "apples-to-apples" measurements.
