    I did a search but didn't come up with much. Does anyone know of any manufacturer who makes Flatwound 6 string sets other than TI and Carvin? It'll be time to replace the strings on ym Carvin (LaBella Tapewounds) soon and I don't feel like dishing out the 90$ they cost me.

    i just got a steve lawson signature set from Elites. Theyre quite tasty. The only problem is they only seem to be available by request from the Bass Centre in London (45 pounds sterling)...mighty costly.

    Despite that I'd recommend them.
