  1. I play everything from Prog Metal to Funk to Jazz to Blues. I need a VERY versatile bass. I'm an ibanez fan. I love spectors, but the price is, well, you know...

My fingers aren't huge, but I do well on a 4.

  2. Deans aren't too bad for the buck. Pretty good for a first 6er.

The Ibanez BTB406QM is a decent bass in that price range..

I just got a Brawley. It's amazing. I only spent $500 (on sale for $600 but i'm sweet, originally $1200.) Good luck finding one though. Their site is down. Guitar Center MIGHT carry one. The neck is quite easy to get used to I think.

  6. Guys! How much does John Myung signature cost and what's the least I could probably get my hands on it for.

Anyone have pics of their Spector Legend? I've loved the spector euro 5lx I played. Is it even remotely NEAR that quality?

The ibanez btb6, does it have that FAT tone I'd like for funk?

Do they all have fat tones?

any sound clips? Sorry, I just havet o plan ahead.
