6 string Question.

    I'm sorry if this sounds offensive, i don't mean to be.

    I was just wondering why alot of people on this board say "6 strings bass" instead of "6 string bass". whats with the extra s?

    Once again i don't mean this to be mean but i'm just wondering.

    Well, maybe not. Probably just typos, or some people just say it that way.

    I have never noticed that. Then again I only play a 4 strings bass....

    i have never seen that. If it were maybe a typo once... but you said a lot so i have no idea where you even saw this :confused:
