Anyone hear any rumors about a 6 string Dean Markley Helix set in SS?
If not...for a single string addition for a
C what would be the proper addition?
what do you exactly mean? English isn't my native language, so I hope you can explain it a bit more detailed for me
It's okay, English is my first language, and I'm not entirely sure what he meant in his post.
I am wanting to try out Dean Markley new Helix strings. My basses are 6 string and Dean Markley Helix are 4 and 5 string sets only. Perhaps a SR2000 or Blue steel 30 gauge string would mix well with the Helix 5 string set to complete for a 6 string bass.
Is that a better explanation? :O)
Jason is amazing at string info/things, and likely has what you need.
Also, ask about custom sets if you need them.

BTW- I got the intent of your 1st post fine, just didn't have any recommendations.
ok, thanks. :O)
Ah like that, well it's possible yes
If it doesn't work out, try Pyramid strings : https://schneidermusik.de/shop1/pro...cts_id/8063?osCsid=lh3rjpvtp56ordd1tih674fgj5
Ordered 5 string Helix SS set and a 30 gauge Bluesteel single. Will see how that is. BSOL of course. So far SR2000 are my favorite strings.
