I'm trying to find a replacement pickup for a '60's Kent (Teisco) 24-3/4" scale bass. The original pickup is quite microphonic. I have not pulled it out to see if it might be able to be potted or something. Any suggestions on where to find a replacement would be appreciated. Pics are attached. Ideally, I would like a drop-in replacement, so I could restore to the old pickup if I wanted. However, I would consider something that might require some modifications. The bass is an interesting old bass, but not a prized collectible.

The pickup is mounted to the pickguard, with mounting ears on the bottom plate of the pickup. The original appears to be a single-coil. I would consider any format for the replacement (single, stack, humbucker).

An attached pic has the dimensions of the original. In short, the pickup body is 3-3/8" x 1-3/16". The string spacing G to E is 2". Metric conversion of dimensions is included in the picture.

    TIA for any suggestions.
