You can join thewho.com, create an account and start a thread about this. Bomber (the mod) might be able to help you get through to Pete.
Pete's tech is (was? not sure if he's still working for Pete) Alan Rogan, he's a pretty responsive guy if you manage to get through to him. I do not have his contact info anymore.
Now might be a good time to try to get in touch with the Who's camp. After the two gigs next week, they have a month off whilst they prep for the 1st N.A. leg of the farewell tour.

I'd certainly keep the amp for myself and blast the hell out of it in all of it's glory. After all, at the end of the day it's still a functional piece of musical gear. A tool for a musician to use. It just happens to have been owned by someone famous, which would give it some extra value, of course.

Really amazing. you own that amp. Think about this a little bit. If you had a pile of cash,that likely would morph into a pile of receipts, would you feel the same as when you used to have that sweet amp? Do what you think is best, but if I were you,I would play thru that head and be even more happy for it. Or...try to trade it for a bass Entwistle owned. That's the only thing that would be in the same league. Hell, you could probably sell pictures of your amp, until you could buy one of his basses. Thanks for sharing. That is monumental in the coolness.

Not just Alembics and booger sugar.
Entwistle had many many rare guitars and basses in his possession.
If you don't have it, I suggest everyone who is an Entwistle fan get the book " Bass Culture.The John Entwistle bass collection"
This book has pictures and descriptions of all of his guitars and basses. A lot of rare expensive pieces.
