70's Jazz bass GAS!!!!

    What is wrong with me???? I'm GAS'in big time for a 70's J-bass. Could you guys post some pic's of some 70's J basses? RI, MIA, MIJ, Vintage, blonde, black, rosewood, maple, etc... Thanks, and maybe soon I'll be posting my very own 70's J!!!!!

    i've never been a huge fan of white pickup covers, but that bass looks totally fat. I love it! :D

    Cracks in the finish. been there since i got it. *Shrug* I don't mind. Sounds good... that's what matters to me.

    That's my favorite combination J-bass that someday I will find, but in the mean time I have one that looks exactly like wateroftyne's bass.

    I really need to get a digital camera and stop borrowing one from work.

    yeah.. but i kinda modded it..after the shot
    new tort pickguard(not the one on the next shot either.. i just bought the new pg), push-pull-mod, and i kinda reliced it all to hell..beat up :meh: but i mean.. it looks good when i play it and it sounds and performs great.. shame it's not celluloid-laquer though.. pretty obvious it's reliced when you look at it..
    haha.. i just realized i wear the exact same clothes today as in the pictures below.. :D

    here's my 75 that's currently at hambone's getting a bumper-to-bumper tune up and back into its top form. hopefully I'll fall in love with it all over again, its been neglected too long...
