Bought the head new in 77. Caps and tubes done 2 years ago. Cab from fellow TB'r a couple years ago. $1100 for both. Guess I have to confess to needing to lighten the rig. Only trade considerations are SVT 3 and/or Schroeder 15+L.

Can't speak to the cab, but the buyer will LOVE the head. Can't go wrong with an old V4!

Best of luck with your sale.

Not munch info on the 412HE around.

Does it have a tweeter? Found a thread on TB that said it doesn't but the owner's manual says it does. How would you compare it sonically to the 410HE or 410HLF?

Afraid I can't compare it to the others since I haven't played either one. All I can say is the 412he gives me plenty of Ampeg growl with the 100 watts I give it. Clear lows and plenty of highs. Yes it does have an adjustable tweeter. Hope this helps.

Decided to hang on for now. Too much history. May revisit the sale later. Thanks to everyone for the interest offers and kind words.
