'72 JAZZ BASS GOOD VALUE?

Saw this on Ebay today I like this bass but I'm not sure if the price is inflated or not. I know value is whatever people are willing to pay and I'm by no means an expert in vintage pricing. All my Fenders are new built and I'm thinking about starting a vintage collection. Any help from all of you would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all.
