    Location:

5C4A842A-2388-4E09-8E2C-BC9CF6E81927. SOLD! I hate to part with this bass, as it took me a long time to find it,
but I need the cash so I'm letting it go. This is a 1978 Fender P-bass
with a natural finish in excellent condition (finish is a bit thin in
spots but otherwise very good.) This bass has an "A" neck, which is 1
1/2" wide at the nut; same width as a Jazz Bass neck. For players who
love the punchy sound of a P-bass but don't love the thick neck, this
is ideal. Everything is original except that the bridge was replaced
with a Badass II bridge, and the strap pins were replaced with
Schaller straplocks. I'm not sure about the pickup, but I think it's a
DiMarzio Model P. The original hard case with the Fender logo is
included. I'll save you all from asking the question: 10.7 lbs. Photos

How are the frets? Any wear?

Frets are in great shape- I assume that it was refretted at one point.

If this bass is a refret, you should list that in your description as it drastically affects the value.

That's purely conjecture on my part as the frets are in very good shape. It might have just not been played a lot. I really don't know how to tell if it has been refretted.

Is it still available? And why is it so inexpensive?
