I attempted to do a search but as you all know it's a bit hard to search for things with short words. :(

Basically I'm looking for an A/B box because I plan on using two basses and running them into a single amp. I assume this is what I would need to swap from one bass to another on the fly between songs without having to unplug and plug up when switching?

Just wondering if there are any basic A/B boxes out there that you folks could suggest to me. I want something transparent and that will do the job hopefully without needing an addtional power supply.

    thanks!

Radial makes a good passive A/B box. Part of their Bigshot line.

BigShot™ i/o true bypass instrument selector

Toggle two instruments with single foot stomp
Adjustable volume control to match levels
Separate tuner output and mute switch
    Compact and rugged for pedalboards
    Load compensation for long cables

    Micro A/B. It's like 1"x1". It's only $30-ish, too.

I use an ART A/B/Y box that I picked up for like 30 bucks. Works perfectly, and its only like 2 by 3 inches.

that micro A/B looks good but I would like to have one like the Radial where you can balance the volume between the two instruments.

There's a Radial i/o on ebay, ending this afternoon. Price is good.
I just bought one new or I'd be on it. Thought I'd pass the deal along.
