    Memphrica, TN
    All Parts, WD
  3. Warmoth, WD Music Products, Mighty Mite (usually can find on e-bay), and genuine Fender necks (expensive) can be purchased at Guitar Parts Resources and on Musicians Friend I believe. I think that you can also buy necks at Nash Guitars - they essentially take necks and make them look ancient.
  4. Moses Graphite necks too - I think that they can be purchased at Musicians Friend and other places around - just do a search.
  5. Me again. I have a WD Music Tele guitar neck that was and is awesome (around $100.00). I had to put a nut in it and I got lucky with a MightyMite P neck - real nice figured maple, straight and well dressed for under $100.00 with a pre-installed nut. I have heard that Mighty Mite though is inconsistent.
  6. There are normally tons of necks on e-Bay.

carvin has quite a misc. parts selection among which are necks
  9. A fretless neck with both lines and dots (I presume you mean on the fingerboard) is rather unusual. You can expect to pay a pretty penny.
