My band hasn't played since New Years Eve and haven't had much practise since then. Our demo has been going round some small circles and out of the blue we get a call.

"Hey guys would you like to play at a presentation of the best ever skateboard video?"
    "Sure!?!?!"
"Well, you'll be playing with <...> and <...> and maybe <...>" (those <...> are the biggest bands our country has in their style of muzak)
"Uhh, yes, but where did you get our number from?"
"Oh, your demo CD had one and we really liked it so april 1st(hehe)"

There, I guess giving out a good demo at concerts for free has paid off. We're now practicing twice the amount of time we ever did and hopefully this will kick some ass.:bassist:

Some of life's greatest achievments can be had by blind luck. Very cool.

  4. Awesome man! You're in a skater porn video!

(Definition of **** porn: Videos that feature **** activities to the tune of loud, obnoxious, raunchy music. You are truly ultra-hip if you get selected, seriously.)
