A good hardcore tabs to learn?

    lookin to learn a good hardcore metal or alternative song as im out of ideas for something to learn any ideas ?

    For alternative, any rage against the machine song. They're quite easy (mostly anyways), and sound amazing. Freedom (for an easy one) or take the power back (for a pop/slap type thing)
     
  3. I like Further Seems Forever's bassist and Thrice is pretty good. You might have to figure the songs out for yourself though, because those bands aren't too popular.

    what about those bands you cant hear the bass at all? how do you get those into notes/tabs

    Most of the time when you can't hear the bassist they are following the guitarist... either that or their amp is turned off and they are just pretending to play to look cool on stage. My advice, figure out what the guitarist is doing then transcribe what the bassline would be, root note most likely. But what do I know, I'm not hArDKoR3! :bassist: :bassist: :bassist: :bassist: :bassist:
