Hey, I'm about to buy a tuner, and I was wondering if you guys could recommend an electronic chromatic tuner that you have had good experience with, I know they're hard to find. I hear boss makes a good hand-held one. Anyways, thanks guys.

I guess nowadays any tuner works good enough. Just choose the one with the options you want and the price you can afford.
If you use a lot of different tunings, a chromatic tuner is recommended.

I've been using a Korg AT-2 for years and it still works fine.

I've got a Boss TU-12 that I use for my acoustic guitar and it handles my bass fine as well. The only tuner I've used that I hated was a Danelectro pedal tuner, the one that's standard size. I haven't tried the mini ones yet.
