A greeting and a plea for help...

  1. Hi all... Ambrose here... thought I'd finally join up.

First things first... need a little help. I had my car broken into a few weeks back and my #1 bass was ripped off. Its not a great bass, its not super expensive, its not super rare... but I've just developed a sound I like with it, and I really just want to replace it.

Its an early 60's Supro "pocket" bass... (VERY) short scale... single-coil block in the neck, piezo in the bridge... Mine was a sunburst finish with a pair of thumb rests...

The color doesn't really matter, of course. (Or condition for that matter... I took mine apart and put it back together a hundred times over... and straightened the neck about the same amount of times!)

If you've got one lying around collecting dust... or sitting in your firewood pile for that matter... please drop me a line if you can help me out at all.
