Used for making actual music, even the least music, the Skreddy Echo is a beautiful-sounding and powerful pedal. Its seemingly narrow focus belies its depth and the sheer strength of its voice. Anyway, playing my Skreddy Echo today for the first time in weeks, I was impressed.

Here is some of what I played. The audio was copied directly from the phrase sampler. There is no other processing or editing except the fades. As always, you should listen to this with good headphones or speakers.

    Source (what you will hear):
    • Bluesman Vintage J bass with Flying Mojo pre-CBS type pickups >
    • One Control Hooker's Green Bassmachine at 18v (sometimes) >
    • Skreddy Echo at 12v >
    • TC Electronic Ditto X2 (recording forward and reverse)
Monitor (what I heard as I played):
    • Manley TNT cool channel >
    • [sfx] micro-Thumpinator >
    • FEA Labs DE-CL (both engines on) >
    • Glockenklang Blue Rock (flat) >
    • Greenboy Audio F112 (flat)

I wish you could have heard it live. 'cause that **** sounded good, boy! :D My thanks to Marc for being very cool to work with, and for designing and building this excellent echo pedal.
