A Nice Story of Avatar's Customer Service

    I finally purchased my GK 1001rbII and Avatar B410Neo, as well as a few other stuff.

    I hooked everything up. Sounded awesome... except buzzing coming from everywhere.

    So I break out the screw driver and tighten up my receptacle outlet cover. Fixed one buzz. Tighten the screws on my air vent. Fixed another buzz. Still one more buzz. More like a rattle. I finally isolated the other sound... It was coming from the top 2 speakers the cab.

    The rattle only happened when i played the E and A string. Turning down bass/ woofer on the amp helped, but it took the balls away. And I know I wasn't pushing it too hard... Because the bottom 2 speakers were fine.

    So I called up Avatar and talked with Spence. He said to take the top speakers out one at a time. Then he gave this lesson in parallel and series wiring. I really didn't do much. But somehow when I put them back in, the rattling stop.

    So far so good. He was going to send a replacement speaker, but now he doesn't have to. And said if there's anymore problems he'll fix it and mentioned a discount on another Avatar product and a free shirt. But I really don't need anything new or special since things are good.

    I just found that to be totally awesome customer service.

    I use and recommend Avatar's products, for sure! Best cab for the price on the market today!
