I play with a pick and have a very heavy attack. I am currently using 45-100 strings. I am wondering that if I change to 50-105 strings will it make the strings less buzzy when I play hard?

so you're saying that the strings buzz now when you pick? are you sure you are fretting the note all the way?

increasing the action will help some too. the only thing that heavier strings are going to help with buzzing is that they will have a higher tension, so that they will cause the neck to bend forward some, effectively increasing the action.
