A question for other 34” Vader owners; does your neck sit in the case like this? Because of how the neck block is, when I put it in the case, the end of the neck sits up a little. Kissel says it’s normal for their headless basses to sit this way in the case, that there’s very little pressure on the neck when the case is closed, and it won’t do any damage to the neck. It just strikes me as odd, as I’ve never had a bass/case do this. I’ve been keeping the bass on a stand until I’m comfortable that this won’t affect the neck in some adverse way, but I’d really like to keep it in the case. Thanks for any input.
