    Do any of you know if Abe Laboriel has a website or where I can get some pics of him. He is just such a excellent bassist.

    Try a search on google.com - here's one that I found myself, showing him when he was in the band Koinonia.
    I remember apart from this bass ("Panther" or something like that?!) he also played a "Roland" one, but without using the synth trigger pick-up.

    He doesn't seem to have an own webpage, though.
