I am downsizing to a simple iOS setup so don't have much use for this stuff anymore. I have the install discs for the XLN software and will include those with the purchase; however, the installation process for all the software listed here is via direct download from the respective web site of the company. Once the license(s) are transferred to the new owner's account he/she may download the software, and will be eligible for any updates that become available. This is standard practice for Ableton, NI, XLN, and IK - the only company that charges a fee for transferring a license is IK Multimedia, which I will pay.
