I played through this exact rig for the better part of three years and it is every bit the business that it seems to be. There are so many things about the punch and everything else but the thing that stands out to me about this other than how legendary this setup is supposed to be is how awesome the amp actually sounded. I'm not normally a believer in this kind of thing but this amp had a big mid grind which sounded great. I would easily pick up one of these heads for a home rig or a rehearsal space at but I wouldn't buy one again for gigging purposes.

Are the slider knobs original or did you buy replacements? If the latter, would you mind sharing the source?

  3. They are the originals. Someone in this thread can probably nhelp you. Or...check out this site, unofficial acoustic control corp forum
although quite a few of the posters in this thread are there too.

If you're on Facebook, join the ACC group there. There is a member there who has an inventory of ACC parts for sale.
