Acoustic bass bracing cracked...

    Hey,

    I have just bought a second-hand Ovation Applause AE40 for £125. I gave it to my mate to setup & he has just advised my that the bracing is cracked just near the sound hole. The action is terrible & will only get worse.

    Is this fixable? Any body else had this trouble?
