I have F-holes.
TBT, I have no feed back issues playing live with a horn fronted quartet.
Agreed! These are really nice looking and they are just as, if not more, effective than the Planet Wave sound hole cover.
I'll post a picture of my Lute Hole cover on my Breedlove AEB when I get home.
Well? You get home yet?
Sorry for the delay.
Here is a Cherry Lute Hole cover in my Breedlove AEB:
that's cool looking
Did you get it with the plastic backing to be a full mute?
That is nice
Did you order directly from www.lutehole.com and give them measurements or did you buy off the shelf somewhere like GC?
I'm asking as I bought off the shelf from GC to save some $$ and because I didn't get mine specifically for my bass I had to do some mods on the cover to fit the sound hole because of how the fretboard is oriented.
In hindsight I would have ordered directly from www.lutehole.com and paid the few extra $$ for one that fit exactly.
They really do dress things up a bit don't they? Plus they work!
I measured the hole and it was the same as their stock size. I ordered from their website. The model I ordered, shown above, was not in the list of available models but was shown in the photo gallery. Customer service was able to assist with the model number.
Inspired by the Rick Turner Model One, I call this the Ptcoustic....
I use one of these hole covers. Works great. Notch filter is also very helpful.
Without using both my Breedlove isn’t playable. I play with a light touch so amp has to be cranked up really high.
With all due respect, this is not an acoustic bass.
Obviously not but thought some folks here would like to see it because of the look. Not trying to fool anyone.
OK. I just thought you had made an attempt at an April fool's day joke.
Something acoustic on 'No Treble'
Wood salvaged from a 1922 Piano!
Bass of the Week: Urbaniak Not Pear 003
Beautiful bass, but for the love of God, buy a set of side cutters...
Yeah, really.... Egads!
Must be someone that swaps strings between basses. Why?
Got me? But then again I don’t make’em...I just play ‘em.
Maybe just for photo shoots?
