I got an Ibanez Acoustic bass recently, but I played it in an area that was a bit on the damp side. Now the 12th fret buzzes, and I am not sure what to do about it. The bridge is not adjustable, and that is what I would have done to it if the electric were buzzng. I can put it in the hard case with a humidifier a few days and it goes away, but slowly creeps back in. Any advice?

It doesn't appear that the saddle is going to budge much. Since Houston is basically damp all the time, I think your advice of going to the luthier is probably good. I just wanted to make sure I was not totally over reacting.
