  1. i am thinking about putting studio foam up in my bedroom studio project. I found a place that has very cheap studio foam (http://www.foamorder.com). i was wondering if i put the foam up with a spray glue (foor studio foam) (or the caulk kind), will it damage my walls, if i ever decide to take it down. If it does, how much, and does anyone know any alternatives. I was thinkin about velcro. any comments

    thank you (in advance)

    Hi neg,
I have used foam by Markertek, same stuff basically. I didn't use their foam adhesive but found at Home Depot Project Foam for foamboard which works just as well(and half the price), I also tried the velcro, didn't work kept falling down. I also tried staples but that crimped my foam blades. Sadly, I realized that the adhesive was the only way to go and yes it will mar the walls. Good Luck. http://www.markertek.com/MTStore/Store.cfm?Search=foam&button=Search

Sonex (Graphite impregnated foam) is the best - I used fine Blued steel tacks and banged them into the wall....(my wall........I can do what I like.......why are you looking at me like that?.....)
