Action - High or Low?

    I think that's what it's called,the height of the string from the fretboard?

    Anyway,what's better,higher or lower,right now mine's kinda high,but i'm gonna lower it,about how high should it be?

    I'm using an Ibanez SR300DX if that helps any

    Well it really depends how *you* like it. I like the strings as low as I can get em without any fret buzz. Some people like em higher.

    I'm sure you could find what's considered to be the "correct" height measurements, but I'd say go with what feels right to you. :)

    Yup, really depends on you and how you play.

    I like mine low. I lower it where the strings buzzes then raise them until the buzz is gone.
