Active/Passive Mode Wiring?

Hello everyone, I wanna ask you all one very important question because I need help. I bought the Bartolini TC3 PREAMP MODULE BOOSTER, and I wanna make my bass to work on Active/Passive mode. I make 2 wiring diagrams (see the pictutes that I posted), so can you please tell me wich one of those 2 will work properly without any problems - Number 1 or 2? Thank you Guys Cheers
