Ad banners all over page

    This just started happening within the last couple of hours. Every time a page loads up it's covered in ads on the sides and bottom. I can't see the posters' names, can't see all the text, and have a hard time even finding buttons to click. Just getting in here to post this thread took me fifteen minutes of refreshing until I could get to the buttons. Not sure if I'm doing this right according to the rules, but can't read them right now anyway. Here's a screen snap of what I'm seeing:
