I've found Adam Nitti's recent woodshed columns in Bassplayer to be really helpful for improving my ear training and sight reading skills and just wanted to pass this on. The exercises are basic sight reading between the root and different intervals to train the ear and eye.

I know there's been alot of discussion recently on improving these skills to get away from tabs. So if your not taking lessons and wanted to start/ improve sight reading and ear training it might be a good place for someone to start.

Anyone else see the article? Any thoughts?
