    Please! I think this would be a lot better than a sticky under a Misc section.

    Got to agree...as a veteran of guitar forums, spent my first 10 mins searching for a place to just introduce myself and say hello to the current membership. So I will now...hello all, guitar player for years, now giving myself a new challenge...learn the bass....after all, nice to hold down the bottom at times....so joined here to get more educated. :D
