adding a tweeter attenuator to musicman HD 210

Discussion in 'Amps and Cabs [BG]' started by fenderthrupeave, Oct 4, 2008.

  1. I purchased a music man HD210 recently and I love the tone from the tens mixed with my 15 but the tweeter adds a little to much high end for my taste and I dont really want to have to eq out some of my highs because I liek the way they sound from speakers as it is. I am just wondering if I could add a attenuator? Would their be any other modifications I would need to make besides cutting a mounting hole for it? And another dumb question, could I just unplug it without changing the overall resistance of the cab? Sorry I new to 10"s and tweeters, 15"s and 18"S have been my main stay for the last 8 years.
