advice in replacement pup for p bass

    I'm looking for solid , all low end thump . What pup do you guys recommend for my P bass ? Thanks for the help

    Seymour Duncan SPB-2 (Hot for P Bass) is a fairly thick sounding P pickup.

    If you really just want low end thump with no highs or high mids, changing to a larger tone cap is a lot cheaper than new pickups.

    I like the bill Lawrence ( Wilde P46) but there are so many to choose from. I also agree about the cap value change! Good luck
