AEB Choice

    Well, it is almost anniversary time again and the Mrs. has asked what it is to be this year.

    I borrowed a cheap Chinese made acoustic electric bass from a student a while back and really liked playing around with it. Since I don't have one yet in the arsenal, I have decided on that for my present this year.

    This will only be a part time/beach bass, I don't want to spend a bunch of money on it.

    So I have narrowed it down to the Ibanez AEB 10 listed n Musician's Friend for $339.00 and the Carlo Robelli SBC200SB listed in the Sam Ash catalog for $279.00.

    Since no one here stocks these here in Hawaii, I will have to choose without playing either one... which kinda sucks.

    Has anyone played either (or both) of these?
    Any input would be greatly appreciated!
