    Well, finally pulled the trigger!!

    After much deliberation (mostly about $$$), I finally landed my EBMM sterling!!! Its great, tone unbelievable, its so easy to play, i love the neck.

    The color is 'Pacific Blue Burst', and i tried to capture it as much as i could with my macbook camera and poor bedroom lighting. Its amazing in person.

    Got a few Q's tho, how would u guys recommend EQ'ing it to get as close to a Flea tone as possible (BSSM era)? Also, what wood is the body from, it says 'selected hardwoods' on the site, but ive heard its ash...

    Thanks!! :hyper::hyper:

    p.s. its not lefty, just the camera takes everything backwards.

    I love Pacific Blue Burst, it's the best finish out there!

    I find switch position 4 (neck single coil + one bridge coil) to be best for that scooped tone, although I don't slap much.

    Really nice...even on that camera the color really pops.

    As far as that tone goes keep you bass high, mid about half way and treble just below that...

    very nice! that color is sharp! I think the Sterling is my al time favorite bass. (I've owned 3 of them! All different colors) I am now looking into the one you have there, the HS or maybe an HH?
