I've poured over every Aguilar thread in the TB universe. I have read many a conflicting opinion on the AGuilar GS112.

I'm thinking about putting together a cheap mini rig, have a line on some used aggies 112's. I'm thinking my GK1001RBII inherent aggressive tone and punchy midrange might work well with the "pillowy bottom end" as some call it of the Aguiar GS112. My concern is having a good all-around sound to work with thats conducive for not only rock, but a good slap style. I'm not playing fusion, just the usual variety band repetoire of rock, R&B and disco covers.

My standards are high as my "big rig" consists of Bergantino's.

Anyone have these cabinets and get a good punchy slap friendly curve?
    Thanks.
