Aguilar 2x10

    What do you guys think of this cab? As some of you know, I'm on my quest to build a bigger rig that is still manageable, and I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with an aguilar rig. How do you guys think the 2x10 is? Is it able to provide a full range of frequencies or would I be better off with 2 1x12s (more portable also)?

    All the Aguilar cabs sound full and big to me. The 2x10 has a more traditional rock and funk sound. The 12's kinda were like someone had added some of the booty from a 15" speaker to some 10's. I went with a GS 115 for extreme booty. With the crossover and tweeter it sounds full-range too.

    However, two GS 112's would be portable. I could definitely see using only one on some small gigs. I think two of them would cover most rooms.

    check musicians friend, they have them on sale ( or some aguilar 2x10 anyway )

    ive never tried them but ive heard nothing but good things about them.
