Anyone familiar with or have this head? I like the fact that it is an all tube head in a 2 rack space. I have an SVT 2 PRO that is a 4 space head & it's a KILLER when I have a late gig & have to carry it. (Close to 90lbs) I love the sound of the SVT 2 PRO, but I ain't getting any younger. :D

I don't own one (I have the DB 680 & DB 728) but I demo'd one at the shop, and was impressed by it. I seemed to adequitely fill the Eden 4x10 it was plugged into. I'm actually thinking of getting one for the smaller gig thing. some people compare the output to a 600-800 watt solid state head, others dont.

It still weighs 50 lbs, but it has a ten year warranty.

  4. I've had one for a couple months now and it does way 50 lbs.
I'm driving Two Bag End 2-10s with it.
Incredible tone! I've actually had to leave the tone controls flat on my Stingray 5 and back off some of the treble on the amp.
I am using the EBS multi-comp to even things out some and fatten up the signal from the bass.

    I love the amp.
