Well we all want to play loud, hehe I don't know, it depends on the gig and place. Probably loud enough. The thing i like about the 210, 410 combination is that for smaller shows, i can bring just the 210 and for larger ones add the 410.
i haven't played either of them, but i would go with the 750 just so you wouldn't have to replace power tubes. the only way you'll really know is to play them both back to back. www.riksmusic.com has sweet prices on aguilar.
I've played the DB 359 through an Aguilar 410 and it was very loud. I only had the amp turned up to 3 too but the amount of bass, combined with the clarity of the sound was very impressive. I believe the head is 200 watts of tube power, and that to me means about 800 - 1000 watts of solid state power. I think you'd have absolutely no problem running both cabs with this head. If I could afford it, that would be the setup that I would get too, the DB 359 with an Eden 410-XLT. The aguilar amp makes bass heard the way it was meant to be heard: rich, warm, and full. The Eden just reinforces that 10 times more than any other cab could. Of course I'm very partial to Eden cabs
Wow, riksmusic does have some incredible prices. It's amazing the type of discount they offer. Just because of price i may go with the Aguilar cabs because it seems like it's gonna be more price effective.
I just recently switched to an Aguilar DB 728 tube power amp. It is really amazing. I would highly recommend thier tube stuff to anyone. Riksmusic does nove great prices. I would suggest looking carefully at thier return policy before making a decision to purchase something from them that you aren't very sure you are going to keep.
I have a DB 359 and it's a great sounding amp, but I feel it will be underpowered with those 2 big Eden cabs. This won't hurt anything, but there may be nights you wished it went up to 11. It will sound great with the 410xlt, though it's a heavy head for it's output. If I ever have someone to carry the gear, I would switch my QSC 2402 for an Aguilar 728. Aloha, Jonathan
