    No sir it, it certainly isn't.

    Easily the most tonally versatile P bass I've ever played :thumbsup:

    I'm definitely gonna have to check those out.

    Can't go wrong with a Spector IMO. I have one of their Czech-built 5-string Rebops (which is pretty low on their model totem pole) and that thing is awesome sounding.

  5. How's the sound?

    I'm looking to explore outside of Fender aftermarket pickups and I heard Aguilar makes some decent pickups.

    "Decent" doesn't really cover it; aside from Nordstrand they make far and away the best pickups on the market in my opinion.

    If the BigMan didn't have the offset pole pieces it would have stayed, I may even prefer it sonically to the NP4a, but my OCD wouldn't allow that ;)
